1.Senior Sales Engineer (Mumbai)

 What we are looking for

  • B- Tech in any stream except Civil/IT.

  • Candidates with 4-6 years of experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in Capital Equipment- Welding and Cleaning Industry preferably or other heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Maintain and develop customer and prospect database.

  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by personal visits, mails, telephone, and post.

  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers with the support of concern product officer.

  • Carry out market research on potential industrial applications for the company’s products.

  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.

  • Should have a good hand in handling territory. 

Skills Required

  • He should be a go-getter, with sound technical knowledge and good communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel.

  • Good presentation skill and convincing personality.

Position Reports to: General Manager- Sales

2. Assistant Sales Manager (Mumbai)

 What are we looking for

  • B- Tech in any stream except Civil/IT.

  • Candidates with 2-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing preferably in Capital Equipment-Pharmaceutical / filtration /chemical industry (products like Shifter, Granulator, RMG rotary mixer grinder, Powder transfer system, Powder coating equipment, Process vessel, Mixer, Agitator, Tray drier ,Centrifuge, Reactor) preferably.

  • B- Tech in Civil Stream.

  • Candidates with 0-1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing preferably in Capital Equipment.

What we are looking for

  • Min. B.E. from reputable University in any stream except Civil/IT.
  • Having min. 6 to 12 years’ experience in selling capital equipment

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain a customer and prospect database.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by personal visits, mails, telephone, and post.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers with the support of Head office.
  • Carry out market research on potential industrial applications for the company’s products.
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
  • Experience of selling industrial capital equipment preferable ultrasonic equipment
  • Accountable for business operation in outside India.

Reports to: General Manager.

6. Executive Assistant to GM

What we are looking for

  • Preferred BBA/BBI/BMS/MBA (financial background)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Keeping track of GM important business communication.
  • Analyze and present data to enable decision making by GM.
  • Prepare & manage the task list of GM for all business lines.
  • Preparing analysis report based on email communication.
  • Creating database for the GM for all important business communication/research articles etc.
  • Manage internal and external communication on GM’s behalf.
  • Attending important business meetings with GM, making minutes of the meetings and ensuring all key deliverables are flagged on time.
  • Managing the LinkedIn account of the GM. Ensure that all key clients are added to the profile and targeting key searches.
  • Maintaining the GM calendar. Sending reminder emails for important meetings/business discussions.
  • Arrange logistics for visitors, coordinate conference calls.

Skills Required

  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Excel/ PowerPoint.
