RTUL offers a wide range of custom built cleaning options. The ultrasonic process tanks are specially designed to give excellent batch activity. These custom built ultrasonic tanks are offered in standard volumes of 45 - 145 Ltrs with options of heating units, material basket, cover and application support. The tanks are built with 2mm thick SS 316 material and a have a number of transducers at the bottom or at the side depending on the application.

The tanks are designed as per customer specifications and the re-circulation filtering is provided on the customer's request. These tanks carry 10 years bonding guarantee and are suitable for operation up to 70 degree C continuously. The cleaners are available in frequency of 20, 30 and 40KHz and are available with either bonded transducers or immersible options.

The progressive concept of the new microprocessor controlled Ultrasonic Cleaning Generator series MRG 20/ 30/ 40, creates a new standard in Ultrasonic Cleaning technology.

This generator series is available as a 600 W slide-in module for 20, 30 and 40kHz. Each module is designed to operate independently. Up to a maximum of 3 generator modules and a control unit can simultaneously be installed into a 19" housing with 6 height units.

 

The New Microprocessor Technology

A fast micro-controller regulates and monitors the working frequency. The Ultrasonic power output is held constant within a minimum tolerance range. The resulting cleaning effect is always optimal regardless of the level, temperature or load of the bath.

Connecting possibilities

The new generator modules can be applied for either cleaning tanks, immersible transducers or radiating plates.
