MULTI CHAMBER

When Ultrasonic cleaning is to be incorporated on an online process or a very high degree of cleanliness is to be achieved, it is imperative that many Ultrasonic cleaning tanks are kept in series. In a multi chamber cleaning unit, a certain degree of cleanliness level is achieved.

In a standard multi chamber ultrasonic cleaning system, the 1st stage is coarse cleaning process where the component will be placed in a bath of free flow pressurized media with dunking mechanism so that the entire part is subjected to high pressure jet. The number of nozzles and the dunking timing will be determined based on the component to be cleaned.

The 2nd, 3rd and 4th chambers will be ultrasonic chambers with different media and different frequency or power.

The 5th and 6th chambers would be the rinsing process where the component would be rinsed with fresh media to achieve the high cleanliness level.

The final stage of multi chamber system would be the drying chamber.RTULoffers three types of drying mechanism which includes high pressure pneumatic jets, hot air drying at 130 degree c and vacuum drying.

Multi chamber system is also offered with full material handling system and PLC control for repetitive and reliable cleaning of component in a continuous production line. We have many years experience of designing and building such sophisticated online cleaning systems. RTUL also has the facilities to carry out Millipore measurements for establishing cleanliness standards in most challenging product line.
