Automatic Tuning of Horn
Built in electronic amplitude setting – Allowing the user to choose amplitudes
through generator between 70% to 100% without changing the Booster.
Can be employed to cut/seal un-laminated, laminated, antistatic PP, PE, HDPE, LD,
Woven / Non-woven Fabrics.
Due to high vibrations of Ultrasonic tip, the cut edges are not only mechanically
separated but also thermally sealed.
Neat, clean & smooth edges can be obtained without formation of beads on the cut edges.
No emission of cutting fumes in the cutting area so reduces the expensive suction system.
APPLICATIONS
TO INDUSTRIAL FILTER FABRIC
Industrial synthetic filter fabric which is hard to cut by heating can be easily cut and sealed by Ultrasonic Process. This gives smooth edge and avoid burning of edges. By implementing Ultrasonic Cutting we can save ample amount of costly fabric and enhance the rate of production. Cylindrical rolls can be formed continuously by Ultrasonic welding with suitable automation. This totally eliminates passage through stitches used in conventional way.
On Loom
The Ultrasonic Assembly can be mounted on the loom for Continuous sealing / Continuous sealing & cutting Applications to convert circulat fabric into flat fabric.
On Guzzetting System
We can mount cutting & sealing system in guzzetting system where we can open the circular fabric and perform cutting & sealing operation.
Straight Cutting
Woven Sack flat fabrics can be cut straight with excellent finished edges with the applicable automation.
Circular Cutting
Woven sack flat fabrics can be cut with circular hole at the center with smooth edges. This process can be synchronized with straight cutting for mass production of jumbo bags.
Liner Sealing
For automatic filling liner has to be sealed with bag at the mouth of the bag. This can be performed with higher speed and clean join by Ultrasonic Sealing. This reduces hamming process and hence the fabric at the mouth of the bag.
Hamming
Ultrasonic hamming for small bags gives excellent quality of finish at the mouth of bag. Reduces material clogging, fabric consumption and increased speed of hamming.
OTHER INDUSTRIES
Ultrasonic Cutting is also useful for cutting synthetic textile fabrics, Velcro, Satin, Etc.
