Microprocessor Controlled Ultrasonic Compact Cleaning Unit

The new Compact Cleaning Units Series TMC is equipped with the most modern microprocessor technology guarantying highest reproducibility with exact process control. This is an essential requirement for most cleaning applications as well as for efficient laboratory use.

The most important parameters for the cleaning application, Time, Power and Temperature, can be pre-selected digitally. The pre-selected power value is kept constant regardless of bath temperature, bath load or mains supply functions. Two sensors are used in the temperature measurement system,  to guarantee fast heating-up of tanks contents, as well as holding the temperature difference within a minimum tolerance.

The ultrasonic generator is secured against short-circuit and overload conditions. All selected parameters stay stored (no batteries required) if the mains supply is interrupted. The comfortable operating design, the practical chrome-steel housing, the simple programming, as well as the display of various error codes are just a few further excellent features of this new unit series.
