TUBULAR RESONATOR
Tubular Resonator is new
development from us which has a unique technical performance and economic advantage. The
Ultrasonic Transducer, which produces longitudinal oscillations, is connected to tubular
resonator which is immersed in the liquid. Longitudinal waves, causes expansion variations
which are radially radiated into the liquid via the surface of the resonator tube.
The tubular resonator is made of high quality stainless steel and can be provided in
different sizes to cover a wide range of applications. It can be used in the vertical or
horizontal direction either partially or fully immersed.
Tubular resonator is ideally suitable for applications where high power density is
required. The homogeneous sound distribution in the bath, with microprocessor control and
monitoring of all operating conditions ensures repetitive and reliable ultrasonic fields.
Tubular resonator also finds
application where there are smaller openings available for cleaning or for existing
system to increase power.
RTUL offers a wide range of tubular resonators in 20KHz, 25KHz, 30KHz, 36KHz and 40KHz and
length ranging from 200mm to as high as 1.7 meters long. The generator has to be suitably
selected, depending on the tubular resonator and various configurations which are listed
below.
