Although aqueous based cleaning system are effective in many applications, some aspects of aqueous based cleaning make it impractical or unusable for certain types of components. Solvent degreasers can be used for the removal of oil,flux wax, grease and other stubborn solvents and soluble oils from the surface. As no water is used, this process can clean any part in a solvent degreaser without any concern for quality issues like oxidation, soap residue, water stains and improper drying.

These systems can be effectively used in electronic, electrical assemblies, intricate metal and plastic parts and also in the medical and automobile component manufacturing industries.

Combination of ultrasonic cleaning with vapour degreasing provide additional cleaning power to achieve very high cleaning requirements.


SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

Ultrasonic vapour degreasing system normally consist of a pre-cleaning stage with or without ultrasonic power. The second stage is ultrasonic cleaning followed by vapour degreasing where drying takes place. Sometimes, the first and second tanks are combined in a single stage. Solvent recovery and water separation are part of the system.

Additionally, filtration and re-circulation system can be provided to minimize wastage of cleaning solvent.
